Mr. Palmisano has been a member of the Interlink Group of Companies since 1997, supervising and implementing brand work in cardiology, endocrinology, virology, anti-infectives, and diagnostic imaging. He holds a degree in Microbiology and Public Health from Michigan State University.

has been promoted from Vice President/Management Supervisor to Chief Strategic Officer. With a tenure at Interlink spanning more than eight years, she has been instrumental in creating the agency’s approach to strategy and proprietary business models. In her new role Ms. Gerus will be responsible for elevating the agency’s strategic brand insights; attracting and retaining clients through a focused business development effort; and broadening Interlink’s resource pool and services in collaboration with outside partners.

Ms. Gerus has a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto and an MBA from McGill University (Montreal, Canada). She has held marketing and product development positions at the former Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and Johnson and Johnson.

has joined Interlink as Executive Vice President/Director of Client Services. Formerly Senior Vice President/Managing Director at Palio Communications, he brings more than 22 years of experience in professional healthcare, consumer marketing and advertising — encompassing strategic planning, market research, branding, and professional and DTC brand launches. He is responsible for developing Interlink’s marketing team talent; has oversight of brand marketing and communication initiatives through direct connection with the agency’s account management team; and oversees client relations and all aspects of agency-client interactions, brand related and operational.

Prior to joining Palio Communications, Mr. O’Shea worked in product management at Key Pharmaceuticals, a division of Schering Plough, and in various marketing positions at advertising and direct marketing firms. He holds a degree from Bowling Green State University.
