POLICE are investigating the death of a 33-year-old man who fell from a building at the Ortigas Business District in Pasig City on Friday morning.

Lester Cauilan, 33, an employee of the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd), was already dead when a security guard of the Development Academy of the Philippines found his body outside the DAP building on San Miguel Avenue.

Police said an officemate saw Cauilan talking to someone on his cell phone while repairing a computer unit inside an office on the fifth floor about 9 a.m.
