By admin at Thu, 2006-02-16 20:42 IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 16, 2006— an award-winning agency ranked among the top 20 independent health care advertising agencies in the United States, has appointed Sidney Ho to the position of director, brand strategy. He will report to Jackie Herr, chief executive officer. Ho, who brings more than 12 years of public relations and marketing experience in the area of infectious diseases, will provide strategic guidance to client marketing groups on brand positioning and tactical planning. He will also serve as a bridge between clients’ clinical programs and the agency’s account and creative teams, ensuring accurate and effective communications with regard to scientific data. Prior to that, he spent five-and-a-half years, most recently as administrative director, at the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center in New York City, the world’s largest private AIDS research institute. At the Diamond Center, where he began his career in healthcare, he directed all public and community relations efforts, coordinated research grant programs and managed human resources.
