By admin at Thu, 2006-02-16 01:42 FINDLAY — The Findlay City Board of Education agreed Monday night to place a 2.5-mill permanent improvement levy on the May primary election ballot. The levy, which would generate about $1.85 million a year for a continuing period, would be the district's first attempt at a tax issue intended solely for ongoing building maintenance and repairs, renovations, new school buses, and technology improvements, including telephones and computers.
